I welcome referrals from physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives, speech-language pathologists, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. I offer virtual, weight‑inclusive nutrition counselling for clients in Greater Sudbury and all of Northern Ontario. 

Whether your patient or client is managing chronic conditions, navigating digestive conditions, preparing for pregnancy, or dealing with pediatric feeding issues, I provide personalized, evidence-based care.

Privacy & Professional Standards

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed by the College of Dietitians of Ontario.

I use Practice Better, a PHIPA- and PIPEDA-compliant electronic health record system for secure communication, forms, and session delivery.

Clients will receive individualized nutrition care and receipts for insurance or tax purposes.

How to Refer a Client

The two main methods for reffering clients which include referral form or self-referral.

1. Referral Form

Download and complete the "Nutrition Consultation Referral Form" below, then fax it to the confidential number listed on the form.

2. Self-Referral

Direct your patient or client to self-refer by booking a a free discovery call and note your name or clinic in the intake form to help coordinate care.
