I welcome referrals from physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives, speech-language pathologists, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. I offer virtual, weight‑inclusive nutrition counselling for clients in Greater Sudbury and all of Northern Ontario.​

Privacy & Professional Standards

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed by the College of Dietitians of Ontario.

I use Practice Better, a PHIPA- and PIPEDA-compliant electronic health record system for secure communication, forms, and session delivery.

Clients will receive individualized nutrition care and receipts for insurance or tax purposes.

How to Refer a Client

The two main methods for reffering clients which include referral form or self-referral.

1. Referral Form

Download and complete the "Nutrition Consultation Referral Form" below, then fax it to the confidential number listed on the form.

2. Self-Referral

Direct your patient or client to self-refer by booking a a free discovery call and note your name or clinic in the intake form to help coordinate care.
