Nutrition Support for Sudbury Residents

Virtual or Phone Call Appointments Available

Why Work with Melissa - Supporting Your Unique Needs

As a Sudbury-based dietitian, I know firsthand the gaps in access to consistent, inclusive nutrition care—even in a larger Northern Ontario city. That’s why I offer virtual and phone-based appointments designed to work around your schedule and reflect your reality.

I use a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy that prioritizes your comfort, your health, and your relationship with food. My work is informed by Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles and always focuses on long-term wellness—not weight loss. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or struggling with emotional eating, you'll receive judgment-free care rooted in science and compassion.
